PROBLEM
When searching for svg, curve tools does not appear in the addon installer.
Curve tools ENABLES the file export option for curves (.svg)
SOLUTION
Curve tools APPEARS when you search for SVG in the addon installer.
Curve tools APPEARS in import/export category
