Create modifier tutorial

Hello,

that https://blog.exppad.com/article/writing-blender-modifier was the very only 2.8 tutorial i found between all the youtube modifier tutorials, and its gone since hours. And there is no wayback machine copy.

Anybody has a copy or something similar.

its still on google cache … but css and images are missing
