Change Log for Alien Pink v5.1

  • Changed bottom header from pink to dark blue (for better readability)
  • Render bar is even pinker now
  • NEW Dope sheet is now themed with colors accordingly!
  • NEW Graph Editor is now themed with colors accordingly!
  • NEW NLA editor is now themed with colors accordingly!
  • Changed tool menus background from transparent to opaque (new blender feature, resizable dynamic islands!)
  • Search in Properties is now themed!
  • F3 search is now themed
  • Changed Text Editor text select color from pink to blue (consistent text selection color everywhere else)
  • And a lot of other small tweaks!

This is exactly how Blenders default built in theming tool should work. Sure having granular control can be nice sometimes, but what Blender currently have is just stupid tbh, as you say it’s SO time consuming to do themes in Blender and sometimes it’s downright impossible to find that specific toolbox, background color or whatever.
So yeah I might just have to buy your tool so I finally can get a completely finished and good looking theme instead of this frankenstish thing I got now :smiley:

I actually originally wanted to make this part of Blender, but it was met with very cold reception, so I gave up and put it for sale for a price that will at least pay me for maintaining it for new blender versions :slight_smile:

Will there ever be another color for this theme? I love the look and that you’ve kept updating it, but the pink just hurts the eyes.

Closing this since Blender 4.2 LTS no longer ships with a limited number of community themes, it is now virtually unlimited!

Anyone can and is invited to share your themes as extensions using the Extensions Platform, so they can be browsed from within Blender. https://extensions.blender.org/
