The Buildbot code for Blender daily builds, patch builds, packaging, deployment and documentation is now in this repository:
It was recently ported from a mix of Powershell and Python to be fully in Python. It should be straightforward to run the worker commands locally for testing, also outside of the Buildbot. This will hopefully make it easier to improve, and maybe to get contributions.
