Blender_theme_as_c.py fails with error messages

Hey friends,
I tried to recreate the default theming with the blender_theme_as_c.py file in source\tools\utils. And get a bunch of error messages. Any ideas how to fix this and what is the cause here? I use Python 3.9.9. Other scripts works fine. So i don’t think it is my Python installation. And the repo is fresh pulled and up to date.

Just curious. Shall i report this as a bug?

It never hurts to report a bug. That way it at least gets archived in the right place, even if it is decided it won’t be fixed.
