Blender opening problems

cant open blender, it says:
“cant continue running code, cuz system didnt find VCRUNTIME140.dll
to fix try to reinstall” – tried
blender 4.2.3 and 4.2.1

There was a bug causing issues like this that was fixed in Blender 4.2.3. However it’s not in your case because your blender.crt folder is missing many important files.

This could be due to a few possible reasons:

  • You didn’t have enough storage when you tried to install Blender, and so it couldn’t install all of it.
  • You deleted these files by accident.
  • A anti-virus deleted this files.

Reinstalling Blender, and investigating those causes may help you here.

no, antivirus didnt freakout, 4gb, and more on other cd, i didnt delete anithing
