Blender defaults issue

Now I tune blender defaults in-code, because i don’t know how to tune all presets and def values by another way (can you give an advise?)
This is my patches (cg-*) . (What do you say? Can you check quality?)

When I change mesh defaults object_add.c editmesh_add.c i get strange blender behavior

Actual object size is 10X bigger
This is happened with many mesh primitives
May be this is a bug?
