Blender 4.0 relese cycle extended by one week

Hi everyone,
a quick update. To give people a little bit more time for important bug fixes, release notes and documentation the 4.0 release cycle has been extended by one week.

We go to Bcon4 on November 8 now. The release will happen on November 14.

Hello Thomas,

I can’t find the release candidate version on the download section. Is the 4.0 release postponed again? I’m just too excited to use it for my upcoming project:)
