You can set that up as a custom shortcut with a set delta but there’s a bug with the confirm on release option that doesn’t work with key strokes. Also the constraint to axis option doesn’t work with that way of setting up shortcuts. I’ve filled a bug report on this but so far it hasn’t been fixed.
