Exactly 3 weeks ago on a blog post they said that they will release the beta in 2-3 weeks. Today is the last day of that time window so will we get the beta today?

No, there will be no beta today unfortunately. This was a rough time estimate, we don’t have it planned for a specific date, it will be released when ready.
