hello iam looking to add a menu item under the File menu searching through the code and Docs i found the Menu class.But dont understand exactly how it works to add a new menu item, i have found all the bl_id_names but it looks like in the call stack there used for a python add on which i would rather use but all my libraries are in c and c++. Any push any the right direction would be appreciated thanks

Hi, check draw function of TOPBAR_MT_file to add an operator in “File” menu panel
