    • Falk: Has been working on Grease Pencil: Fill Tool: Draw boundary strokes #139293 and adding curve fitting. These are two important features that need to make it into 4.5 LTS.

• The NPR project was announced. Grease Pencil effects could eventually be replaced by multi-stage compositing.
• We discussed Grease Pencil: Fill Tool: Draw boundary strokes #139293
  • Should also add the cleanup operator (from 4.2 LTS).
  • The name boundary strokes is not ideal. Maybe Fill Guides is better?
  • The thickness and color of the boundary strokes should be different (fixed thickness and cyan).
• We talked about Grease Pencil: Support exporting animated SVGs #131173
