Notes
- Richard: visual way of translating strip transform origin PR is ready for review (#134206).
- Aras: landed some minor image / colorspace optimizations that affect VSE among other things (#135158, #135269, #135258).
- John:
- Continuing on snap to frame range PR (#135753). Will implement snap to preview range too.
- Work on clamping strip handles to video/audio bounds still has open design questions wrt slide operator etc. (#134319).
- Landed user-visible report of when actions within VSE change scene settings (frame rate, color space etc.) (#135494).
- Sebastian: some fixes related to playhead seeking and audio sync.
- Story tools project (#135058) will need improvements in scene strip performance (general performance, plus things like caching / thumbnails). Aras will try to look into it.
- Various design questions raised (#135805):
- Should strip locking only prevent changing it spatial/time placement, or prevent all changes to the strip?
- Logic for where new strips should be added could use improvements, will come back with design proposal.

This is a fortnightly video chat meeting for planning and discussion of Sequencer in Blender. Any contributor (developer, UI/UX designer, writer, …) working on these areas in Blender is welcome to join and add proposed items to the agenda.
For users and other interested parties, we ask to read the meeting notes instead so that the meeting can remain focused.
