Everyone is welcome on the Google Meet linked below every other Thursday, alternating between 10:00 CET and 16:00 CET.

The meeting covers the core module topics (DNA/RNA, ID management, Depsgraph, Blendfile I/O, etc.) .

Ongoing Work

  • PointerRNA Ancestors: Bastien is still finilazing the PR.
  • Sybren finished the refactor for better handling of BLO readfile specific per-ID data.
  • Bastien has been working on finalizing the ‘file_path_map’ utils, and Sybren has been working on using it for a revised and more robust version of BAT.
  • DevOps targets (test coverage and ASAN builds among others) are being worked on.

Linked ID Embedding

  • Jacques keeps working on the embedded linked ID project.
    • Did some cleanup PRs for readfile code.
    • Working on a PR for a debug tool in Blender to generate readable version of written blend-file.
