  • Project Workboard Organization - happened, though a lot of tasks need to be removed from the board in general to unclutter the “Unassigned” column
  • Quality Project
    • Flush multires updates per stroke?
    • Tests (“Smoke tests” to start, goal of just reducing amount of crashes with basic operators)
    • Documentation
    • General consolidation of tracker
    • Sean will write a larger tracking task.
  • 4.4 Features
    • Any tiny tasks we should try to add before the quality project begins? We will not have much time before 4.4 is in beta (roughly 10 working days)
      • Julien suggests Improved voxel remesher attribute interpolation
        • Sean will look into this
      • 3D Cursor improvements
        • Possible, but time is still very tight on doing much here, will depend on Hans’ availability
      • Daniel brings up Texture Rake
        • Still important, too large to really prioritize in this small period of time
  • Texture Paint: Add color jitter to strokes - still needs review!
  • Discussion of priority of items in “In Queue / Upcoming” column of workboard
  • General discussion about developer estimation of work
    • No formal process
    • Potential for labeling or otherwise mentioning estimates to help inform artists
    • In general, avoiding too much structure here since overall availability is still limited
  • Texture Node → Geometry Node Prototype
    • Community contribution by @nicola_dessi - very much in progress work
    • Because of the limited scope this is something we can imagine adding if it’s finished
    • Replacing texture nodes usage in sculpt mode would be great
    • Daniel and Julien have interest in being able to test this
