  • Low attendance, so short meeting.
  • SLIM PR has been reviewed by both Howard and Campbell now. When their requested changes are done, this should be ready for merge.
  • Nika mentioned that whenever triaging marks an issue as “Easy first issue”, volunteers snap them up. So we should try to have more such easy-first-issues. He has a list of 5-10 things that are not-quite-bugs, not-quite-feature requests that he feels would make good first issues. He will have someone look to see if his judgement about these being good first issues is sound, and then ask for help so labeling them.

According to schedule, it will be 2024-09-16T21:00:00Z. However, Howard cannot make that time. We will discuss in chat whether to keep this meeting (for someone else to run), reschedule, or cancel.
