    • Working on a new (better) version of the soft eraser.
    • Next week is my last week at Blender HQ.
• There is an ongoing UI discussion about changing the layer and layer group icons.
  • Matias: Suggests to also add a new icon for adding a layer group (instead of the hidden option in the dropdown menu)
• The GPencil: Gradient weight paint tool #111133 PR will not be merged before 4.0 bcon2 unfortunately. There is not enough time to finish code review for it. It will be pushed back to 4.1.

How do we properly submit feedback to the Grease Pencil development? through the Blender 4.0 bug report or in this thread?
Also, thank you for all these new changes in the modules!

If you find bugs using the daily builds, then you can just submit a report through Blender in Help > Report a Bug. For feedback we usually open a dedicated thread on a specific topic here on devtalk in the Feedback category. When we open such a thread it will also be listed here on the meeting notes. Just like this one.
