Sergey notes some source files have a license but missing copyright information. There is also an outdated copyright.txt that should be updated. Sergey will create an issue to solve this, that Ton can sign off on. The idea is to use the SPDX syntax for copyright, and add BF copyright where missing.
A plan was approved to make changes to devtalk and mailing lists, to clarify what goes where. Thomas will get feedback from module owners, about devtalk categories, Francesco gets approval from Ton about mailing lists. Then Thiomas announces it and and makes changes in the next few weeks.
The database dump for the OSS attribution builder is not working, but should be in sync with the license text so others can use it to update the text. Thomas will look into fixing it, and ask help from Arnd if needed.
For Gitea, the plan is to add LFS support by the end of the week, and use the manual as the first repository to migrate. Francesco coordinates the manual migration. Improved Gitea search is also coming.
Quick going over ongoing development projects, admin delegates will do follow up with project members where needed.
