Where do you report wrong manual links from within Blender?

If you right click on buttons or menus and things like this in Blender you can click “Online Manual” most of the time and be directed to the relevant section of the manual.
But you are quite often also sent to the wrong section of the manual.
Should this be reported as a regular bug or can this be reported somewhere else?

Also, sometimes there is no “Online Manual” entry in the right click menu. Is this a bug or is this a wanted/known limitation?

You can report them as a regular bug report, it is a known issues that they are not perfect but if someone reports ones that are broken I would be happy to fix them.

As for the option not being there for user preferences and some other settings this is a known issue so there is no need to create a bug report for this.
