Vertex paint multiple objects

Hi,
It seems there’s no option for painting multiple objects vertex at same time.
Is there any plan for this? This could be really useful for the artist painting look

The plan is to replace vertex paint mode by an attribute edit mode.
There will be 2 ways to produce vertex colors :

  • in sculpt/paint mode, through sculpt vertex colors
  • in attribute edit mode, similarly to actual vertex paint mode

Question of multi-object editing does not seem to have been defined as a target.
That would be great to have supported by Attribute Edit mode.
