Unstable 3D cursor visibility option

Bonjour !

I teach 73 students and I noticed that when we uncheck the visibility of the 3D cursor on the menu, this option could later disappear from the menu.

There is a black square on the option and the mouse cursor no longer detects the presence of this option in the table.

Blender v2.8
Windows 10
Interface translated into French in preferences (tooltips & Interface).
GeForce GTX 1070

I have not yet found the exact sequence to make a bug report. I have always seen this problem in the Layout workspace.

The workaround for this bug is to change workspace with the top options. Ex. Modeling.
