The “Affect only origin,location, parent” options are a great addition. It would make sense for them to also work when using the transform panel. Especially usefull to do precision adjustments and setting specific rotations, scales or coordinates.
Is this something that’s planned ? I’ve been trying it every version since 2.81 up to 2.83 on the assumption that this was just a final polish quality of life issue that couldn’t be squeezed into 2.81.
