In my case, the number keys are used with “emulate numpad” option (user preferences).
I’m here to show my preference towards how the CTRL+TAB behaved in 2.79 than in 2.8.
In my opinion, the pie menu with CTRL+TAB could be better off implemented with the TAB and HOLD (or mouse movement), as it was in a previous version tested.
