RuntimeError: Error: Mesh 'Circle.009' is outside of main database and can not be removed from it

Hello,
I’m trying to export this file to .obj but it keeps failing with RuntimeError: Error: Mesh 'Circle.009' is outside of main database and can not be removed from it
Does anyone know the cause of it and how to pass it?

Export completed OK for me, Circle.009 and all (Blender 2.93.1 on Debian Unstable).
