Pallete, viewport problems

Dears! Why do i have 1 sec freezes at the viewport/color changing moment? Tested 2.93 LTS, 3.0, 3.1.
Hardwares Motherboard huanan x79. cpu 1650 3.2ghz (3.8Ghz Turbo), RTX 2060 12gb, ram 8gb 1600. Win 11.

It calculates some time well and when i change my speed of choosing a color at the pallete it suddenly has freezes
