I fixed a bug. What now?

Sorry for the silly question–I’ve been programming for a while but exclusively solo. If I think I fixed a bug, what do I do to request it published?

I filed a bug report here before I fixed it. Is there a different place I should go now to post my fix?

Hi, thanks for addressing the bug. You will need to submit a patch, see https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Process/Contributing_Code. After submitting a patch and assigning a reviewer, it will get reviewed and if accepted it will be committed to blender.

If you have further questions, e.g. about git/arc etc…you can ask in this thread or on blender.chat
