It so messy things I reinstall will go to bottom its not stay in place so annoying.

From what I understood, you don’t like the toolbar on the left of the 3Dview, you reinstalled blender because you thought it would remove it (somehow), and for the last part of your sentence, I am sorry but I don’t see what doesn’t stay in place…
Really sorry I’ll try my best, I mean toolbar tab of addon on the right side when I update addon(by uninstall and reinstall addon the most recent addon tab will move to the bottom of the bar) and I have so many addons make It hard to remember the position of the tab and not organized, So can we re-arrange this tab manually?
