How to change priority of some event in specific area (e.g outliner). To understand my problem see the attach image:
For example as shown in image above Up Arrow event is in both Frame Category and in Outliner. But the problem is that rather then its own event in outliner (Up Arrow) the Up Event in Frames category executed. Any idea!!!
I want Up Arrow in Outliner Category must be executed when the mouse is in outliner.
