ah yes I completely forgot about the antivirus, I use Avast and I have added an exception for the folder I put all my blender projects so I do not have to disable it completely.
I am an “expert” and I still get the weird error behavior from time to time with building my blender project , that are the usual pains of C/C++ and which is why almost everyone codes in python instead 
Of course there are big advantages working with C/C++ , well mostly C in my case.
