Hello, a warning / information message appears each time I am launching 2.80

AL lib: (EE) SetChannelMap: Failed to match front-center channel (2) in channel map

This does not avoid to use normally blender

As the developers say:

This is an error message printed by OpenAL library, so we can’t really control this output.

You can try changing the sound settings of Windows or Blender; or just ignore this message.

By the way, it’s 2019 and we still see this console when we launch Blender…

Yes yes yes… In fact, a blender dev had the perfect solution for this, but unfortunately it never happened.
