Composition guides trigger scene re-render (viewport)

PROBLEM
Enabling or changing the composition guides triggers a scene re-render in viewport.
Where as toggling the viewport overlays entirely does not trigger a re-render.

• On enable / disable the composition guides
• On changing switching the type of guide

DESIRED BEHAVIOR
Overlays that do not affect the render itself should not trigger unnecessary re-renders.
In case of the compositing guides and artist should be able to try them without having the picture change or worsen in quality temporarily du to re-renders.

Cycles rerender vieport without shader changes unnecessary

PROBLEM If rendered preview is on and I am constructing material, viewport recalculates picture each time even if I add disconnected node that do not affect to shader at all. 2.79 work properly with that and rerender only when shader changed. It is unnecessary cunsuming and devs said that it is not a regression bug. You can see what happens:
