Building master on Windows throws an error

Looks like commit 89e2b441 isn’t fully compatible with Windows platform. VS2019 stops compilation by treating a warning as an error on my system:

For some reason, even though the function technically returns nothing, VS compilation fails at that point.

never mind, Germano fixed it in commit 7c8b9c7a
