Bmesh.ops.convex_hull not available in blender as a module?

Hi,

I compiled blender as a module for some nifty django tomfoolery, but much to my surprise, a very valued piece of functionality appears to be missing.
Did I miss an import in my code, or a compile option or am I just out of luck with convex hulls ?

This must be a Blender compile without Bullet, which is required for this operator to be available.
