Behavior - Rotate View at the very top or at the very bottom angle

Rotate View at the very top or at the very bottom have strange behavior.

PROBLEM

  • Moving mouse in one direction but you get two different viewport rotation,
    it’s very inconvenient.

Tested in other apps and it rotate only in one direction regardless of angle of view.

Why it’s important?! Because if you see that your view rotate in wrong direction as your usually rotate, then you understand that your view is inverted or you at the very top or at the very bottom.

Maybe it can be disabled somewhere?
