We don’t have answers to questions about when things will be done until we are close to having something working, just what is planned or not.
Can ssgi be equipped in version 3.2? I look forward to more than half a year
AFAIK Eevee Rewrite branch has SSGI and it was planned for 3.2.

i also would love to have the new eevee and its features in 3.2 but being realistic, the time table looks a bit tight.
Is the new eevee bound to vulakan? Whether to rewrite eevee is because opengl port vulkan workload is not much worse than the heavy system
